COLOUR MATCHED SHOWER TRAYS: Wandsworths SW18

In this guest shower room in my Wandsworth Project, we were keen to add as much colour as possible and remove the default white that so often creeps into bathroom spaces. There’s always a little amount of white in a bathroom that can’t be avoided, but using a coloured shower tray (https://www.matki.co.uk/products/shower-trays/universal-40-colour-shower-tray/), was a great way to create a more seamless coloured floor. Matki have a low profile, stone resin tray which can be colour matched to either a RAL colour or a sample.

The process was pretty straight forward, starting with sending a sample floor tile to Matki for it to be colour matched to the coral, they sent back a coloured resin sample, which was amazingly accurate. This was a great service and at no additional cost to the shower tray!

The overall effect is a much prettier and a more considered look and feel than if it had just been a standard white.
